A wonderful journey at the discovery of Sardinian longevity secrets and visiting some of the areas of the island where many residents live up to more than a hundred years.
You will travel from the lively sea town of Cagliari to the secluded green mountains of Seulo, the village with the highest percentage of centenarian men in the whole world, and learn about the Blue Zones.
Escorted by a fully qualified biologist and nutritionist (PHD), this tour aims to introduce you to the benefits of genuine organic and locally grown food and wine, part of the diet of the inhabitants but also to Sardinia traditions, prehistoric heritage sits, recipes, conviviality and therefore the local approach to life itself.
Away from the mass tourism routes, ravished by breath-taking wild and unspoilt landscapes you will be able to mingle with the locals, get to know small communities and acquire some cooking and baking skills and ancient recipes from wise and knowledgeable hands.
